We want people to be able to browse products, understand product information and manage their purchases using the tools that work for them. We continue improving the website’s usability and accessibility.

Using the website

You can use browser zoom and text-size controls to adjust how information is displayed. Navigation links, forms and product controls are intended to work with a keyboard, and visible focus helps identify the selected control. Images use text descriptions where supplied, and motion preferences are respected by supported interface effects.

If something gets in your way

Use our contact form to tell us about an accessibility barrier or ask for help with product information, an order or a return. Include the page address, the task you were trying to complete and, if relevant, your device, browser or assistive technology. Tell us how you would prefer us to respond; you do not need to provide medical information.

External services

Some parts of the shopping process, such as a payment-provider screen or carrier-tracking website, are supplied by other organisations. Let us know if you encounter a barrier so we can help with the next step and raise it with the relevant provider where appropriate.
