These terms apply to shopping at arlaan.com.au. References to Arlaan, we, us and our mean the business supplying your order through this website.

Choosing products and placing an order
Check the selected colour, size, quantity, dimensions, materials and any assembly or care instructions. A photograph can show styling items that are not included; the product description and selected option describe what is supplied. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. These explanations do not excuse an item that does not match its description or a sample.
Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and review the complete order before payment. Keep your order confirmation for reference. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you about the available options and any refund due. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Select the product option you want to see its price. Delivery availability and any charge depend on the items and destination; check the address-based delivery quote and final total before authorising payment.
Payments are handled by the payment services offered at checkout. A payment authorisation or receipt may be followed by further order-status updates. If a price or description error is identified, we will explain it and discuss a correction or refund with you. An additional charge will not be applied without your agreement, and any rights arising from an existing contract remain.
Delivery
Our delivery information forms part of these terms. Availability, charges and any delivery information given for your order should be checked before payment. Unless a particular date has been expressly agreed, dates or timeframes communicated for dispatch or delivery are estimates. An estimate does not remove your rights where goods are not supplied within an agreed or reasonable time.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as you need to change an address, product option or quantity, or request cancellation. Include your order number. We will check the order’s status and explain what is still possible. Once an order is being packed or dispatched, a requested change may no longer be possible; this does not limit a cancellation or other remedy available under law.
If we cannot supply an order, we will explain the issue and the options available, including a refund where required. We will not require you to accept store credit instead of a refund to which you are entitled.
Consumer guarantees, returns and warranties
Australian Consumer Law provides guarantees that cannot be taken away by these terms. Products must meet applicable guarantees, including acceptable quality, matching their description and fitness for disclosed purposes where those guarantees apply.
Where a product has a major problem, the available remedies can include your choice of a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, we will arrange an appropriate remedy at no cost within a reasonable time. Other remedies and compensation can apply depending on the circumstances. Any manufacturer or additional warranty is separate from, and does not replace, consumer-guarantee rights. A warranty expiry or the absence of original packaging does not by itself end those rights.
Change-of-mind returns
A change-of-mind return is available only where we have agreed to it or expressly offered it with your purchase. Contact us before sending an item back so eligibility, condition requirements and any return costs can be agreed. This is separate from your rights when a product does not meet a consumer guarantee.
Accounts and responsible use
Keep your password and verification links private. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not use this website to submit unlawful material, interfere with its operation or access another person’s account or information.
Privacy, questions and changes to these terms
Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. If there is a problem with an order or these terms, contact us and describe the outcome you are seeking. Australian law, including applicable consumer protections, applies to purchases from this store. Nothing here prevents you from using an available consumer-complaint or dispute-resolution process.
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms applying when you place an order continue to apply to that order; an update does not remove rights you already have. No wording on this website excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
